Crispin Spalding, Managing Director, specialising in:

Crispin co-founded Ultima in 1997 and through his business development and relationship management skills has developed and maintained the long-term relations with our clients. His responsive and enthusiastic approach has enabled the organisation to grow by constantly identifying clients' needs, developing practical solutions, working with experienced and excellent coaches and trainers and ensuring tangible results are a product of our training and coaching.
Victoria Spalding, Director, specialising in:
- Insights Discovery Profiling
- Programme Development
Through her career in psychiatry, Victoria developed her understanding of the impact of experience, beliefs and habits on behaviour; as well as the potential for life-changing interventions through group work. Since co-founding Ultima in 1997 she has developed programmes in management and leadership for our clients and helped secure our National Training Award semi-final place in 2004 with a Management Development Programme for Europcar.
Victoria continues to specialise in conducting training needs analysis, researching and developing programme materials. From March 2008 she will also manage our Insights Discovery Profiling and training services. She is an NLP Practitioner and Timeline Therapist.
