All of it is relevant and should be extremely helpful – key being the Insights colours – also motivation and delegation. As a novice in the area I found all areas very helpful, but the relevance to people and colours and shades of colour was very impressive. Personality types, delegation skills, motivation skills, and planning. Very good mix of practical and instruction – to practice skills learnt immediately was very helpful. Identification of colour persona, delegation and motivation. Insights course on ‘Personality “Colours”, feedback, delegation, motivation areas were particularly useful. The training was excellent; with so many practical exercises it will be easy to put this course into good use at work. The course was always fun and entertaining whilst at the same time practical and informative. Insights, in particular helped me understand how I would be perceived by other members of the team. Practical exercises were very helpful and broke up the sessions each day. The trainer was very lively and enthusiastic which was a great benefit to the whole course.
