Learning Needs Analysis

Through our consultation process we enable you to identify the specific improvements and results required from training and development to meet your business objectives. We enable you to identify the gap between current and desired knowledge, behaviours and attitudes i.e. the Performance Gap.

This enables us to pinpoint the specific approach to training your people, the knowledge, skills, exercises, games and activities to use in order to fill the Performance Gap and provide the improvements and results you need to meet your business objectives.

Individual Need Assessment

Insights Discovery Profiling
Delegates complete an on-line questionnaire that provides a report giving an analysis of the individual’s communication style and preferences, their strengths and weaknesses. The report highlights areas for improvement to their adaptability and connectivity to others.
 
The report is de-briefed on a one to one or group basis and provides insights into the  following:
  • Personal style
  • Relating with others- strengths and weaknesses
  • Effective communication and barriers
  • Blind spots
  • Dealing with their difficult person

Delegates are then given guidance and training on developing strategies to improve their adaptability and connectivity with others. In addition, Insights can be utilised to provide self-awareness, motivation to change and to direct a delegates learning on any of our programmes ie Performance Management Development, Business Development or Leadership Coaching.
