Evaluation

We create results by identifying gaps in performance, the means of measuring improvements and pro-actively designing, developing and delivering solutions to fill the Performance Gap. Improvements in performance can be measured with one or all of the following:
  • Personal Implementation Plans and their review at subsequent modules
  • Job related objectives measured on an on going basis and through the Appraisal process
  • Related targets for improvement linked to existing measuring systems
  • Changes in behaviour assessed through on job observation and feedback
On going support

Research conducted on applying training to the workplace identified the following:
  • Where a clear link between the training and their job could be identified delegates reported the following:
          * 84% demonstrated/reported a high degree of application of learning on critical issues
          * 
    76% demonstrated/reported a very significant change in response/action - Sample 25 Managers
To ensure effective on going support can take place we can provide the following:
  • Consultation to link learning, job role and improved performance to business objectives
  • Delegates create Personal Implementation Plans during the programme or course to transfer learning into the workplace
  • Managers support packs are provided to enable them to follow up on Personal Implementation Plans
  • Managers de-briefs either 1-1 or in groups
  • Review workshops 3-6 months after the programme or course
  • Telephone or email review 3-6 months after the programme or course
  • On going one-to-one coaching (see information on 1-1 coaching)
Our actions ensure the improvements in performanace and the results we create are sustainable by ensuring Line Managers and Directors support the programme or course from the outset, during and after the programme.
