Intensive Team Leader Programme - Content


Our aim is to enable your new team leaders or supervisors to make the transition from team member to team leader and become self-sufficient, motivated and competent in managing people to achieve goals whilst maintaining motivation and handling difficult situations through an intensive, accelerated development programme over 2-3 days.
 
Sample Course Objectives
To understand your preferred personality type and leadership style from your Insights Discovery Profile
 
To manage the transition from being one of the team to managing and motivating the team.

To put into practice key principles and top tips on motivation, setting goals and priorities, delegation and managing conflict within a team.

To receive constructive feedback on your team leadership and interpersonal skills through leading and participating in a number of team tasks and activities.

To prepare a personal development plan to transfer skills into the workplace.

Dealing with workplace conflict through effective communication, influencing, assertiveness and anger management
