Training and development format

We deliver training in two formats:
 
Intensive course 
 - Two-three day courses which provide the following benefits:

Modular programme
- One day modules of training, delivered at 4 week intervals which provide the following benefits:

  • Increase the volume and speed of return on investment

Delegate preparation

Programme launches
We can advise, design and deliver programme launches to motivate, inform and educate delegates in order to begin to address resistance and assess potential barriers.

Pre-course work
We can help delegates more effectively prepare for their training and development course or programme by ensuring they read up on topics and review associated publications.
We can also set tasks or conduct individual needs assessments

Management briefings
In order to maximise the successful implementation of concepts and skills we need to ensure that managers are fully briefed and able to support their teams after each module or course.
We can provide support packs, one-1 or group briefings.
 
Tailored development of materials
We can tailor our existing materials, exercises, games, ice-breakers, visual aids and delivery style to meet the specific culture, business and individual needs. We are constantly assessing and researching new, innovative concepts and theories to inform our training materials. We provide workbooks with background information that are in a simple to follow, easy to assimilate format supported by summaries, top tips and checklists.

Exercises, games and activities
Exercises can be either abstract, theoretical or activity based i.e. desk top problem solving or construction based.
We can provide a wide choice of exercises, games and activities either abstract like Toxic Waste, Bridge over the River Wye or Notepad Exercise, lateral thinking or work related to support the delegates learning.
We can develop work related scenarios for discussion groups or problems solving exercises.

Role-plays
Either working within the group or with actors, to add an extra element of reality, we can organise and manage role-plays to re-enforce the development of skills, supported with full de-briefs.
Role-plays can be further enhanced with the use of video and feedback.
This can be a surprisingly powerful method of generating self-awareness and the motivation and direction to change.
